The personal data you entrusted us with will be stored in a database (Easycruit). Easycruit helps to simplify the recruitment process for the Utrecht University of Applied Sciences and facilitates communication with candidates. The Utrecht University of Applied Sciences processes your information to check if your skills and talents are compatible with available positions.
Easycruit, designed by Visma, uses a cloud as storage. Potentially, access to the personal data of candidates, stored in the cloud, is limited to companies which are part of the Visma Group as well as their IT subcontractors. These subcontractors have agreed to ensure the privacy of data, in accordance with privacy legislation (the GDPR, which was implemented on 25 May 2018). Subcontractors from outside the EU are also bound by the EU data transition regulations, as passed by the European Commission. By creating an Easycruit account you will have access to your personal profile, where you can delete, upload and edit information. Your data will be stored in Easycruit for the duration of one year max upon the termination of the recruitment process. Please contact the Utrecht University of Applied Sciences (werkenbijhu@hu.nl), at any time, to exercise your rights to view, rectify or delete your personal data or object against the use thereof. You also have the right to file a complaint with a Supervisory Authority regarding the use of your personal data.
